MECCA Brands NZ is seeking a Zone Manager to lead the MECCA Commercial Bay store in NZ on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.

Your leadership will guide a team to meet KPIs, uphold MECCA values, and create MECCA-magic moments for customers. Prior retail leadership experience and a passion for service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large retail teams.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to create memorable customer moments.
• Ability to coach and develop store team members.

• Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
• Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members

If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trail period

Requirement of the role:

• Availability to work late evenings and weekends
