MECCA is seeking a Zone Manager for the MECCA Commercial Bay store in NZ on a part-time basis (30 hours/week). The role focuses on leading the store, driving customer experiences, and upskilling the team to meet KPIs while upholding MECCA values.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience leading large retail teams and a passion for exceptional customer service, with confidence in coaching team members and providing feedback. Availability for late evenings and weekends is required.
