Job summary

As a Recovery Coordinator in Integrated Recovery, you will manage long-duration, complex claims, coordinate services, and help clients regain independence and confidence as part of a dedicated team in Auckland.

You will build trusted relationships, influence care pathways, and navigate complex situations to keep people safe at work and home.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex caseloads or portfolios with competing priorities.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust with diverse clients.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to have meaningful conversations to influence outcomes.
• Sound judgement and decision-making in complex situations.
• Resilience, empathy, and adaptability when supporting people.
• Customer-centred mindset and commitment to helping people recover goals.
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence and work rights in NZ.
