RWA People is seeking a hands-on BI/marketing analyst to join its data-driven marketing team in New Zealand. The role centers on SQL and Power BI, partnering with marketing to turn questions into dashboards, analyses and actionable recommendations.

You will design dashboards, model data from multiple platforms, and measure campaign performance across channels. A strong foundation in marketing metrics and data storytelling is essential.

Competenze

• Strong, hands-on SQL and Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modelling).
• Commercial experience in a BI, data analyst or marketing analytics role.
• Solid understanding of marketing, including campaigns, segmentation, attribution and funnel metrics.
• Ability to tell a clear story with data to a non-technical audience.
• Confidence working with stakeholders and building trusted relationships.

• Designing and building Power BI dashboards and reports that give marketing a clear, self-serve view of performance.
• Writing SQL and developing data models that bring together data from multiple marketing platforms.
• Measuring campaign performance across channels and showing what’s driving results.
