Job summary

Seeka Limited is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team in New Zealand. This role focuses on campaign execution, digital marketing and communications across Seeka's brands, audiences and channels.

You'll support the implementation of the marketing strategy, develop campaign ideas, analyse results and drive engagement and sales outcomes. A practical, data-driven marketer with strong content and project management skills will fit well.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in digital marketing, marketing, communications or a related role.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience with media buying, campaign optimization and budget management.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), campaign reporting and digital marketing metrics.
• Ability to analyse marketing performance and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Experience managing website content, social media channels and digital communications.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute across a broad range of activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of marketing and communications strategies and special projects.
• Proactively identify marketing opportunities and develop campaign recommendations.
• Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Assist with media buying, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate social media, website and email marketing content.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral and communications materials.
• Support internal communications, grower communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of events and promotional activities.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies and external partners.
