Job description

Jora New Zealand will close on 9th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey.

Prime Property is a diverse property group creating places where people live, work, and stay. Our hotel portfolio brings together a range of accommodation offerings — from city-based stays to longer‑term living — each with its own identity, audience, and opportunity. We don't just operate buildings; we shape environments and experiences that guests choose, return to, and recommend.

About the Role

We're looking for a Hotel Marketing Executive who can bring our properties to life. This role blends creativity with execution — shaping how our hotels are seen in market, how they connect with guests, and how they drive bookings. You'll turn everyday spaces into compelling stories, build brand presence across digital channels, and contribute to marketing that directly impacts revenue and growth. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Business Unit teams, you'll develop campaigns, content, and strategies across a diverse portfolio of hotel brands. This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone who enjoys both creative thinking and getting things done.

  • Plan and execute campaigns and promotions that increase awareness, enquiries, and bookings

  • Coordinate with external partners including digital, SEO, print, and creative agencies

Design & Creative

  • Collaborate with the design team to bring campaigns and ideas to life visually
  • Contribute to branding elements such as layouts, typography, and visual direction
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints

  • Prepare clear and effective briefs for internal and external creative teams

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Work closely with Business Unit and Area Managers to plan and deliver marketing activity
  • Manage multiple campaigns and projects across different properties simultaneously
