Job summary

Bayleys Wanaka is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing team and keep our brand shining bright. You will coordinate property, business and salesperson marketing, manage campaigns, and create print and digital content to support sales efforts.

You bring design flair with Adobe Creative Suite, plus experience in media or digital marketing and a proactive, team-focused attitude. This role is based in Wanaka with an on-site work arrangement, offering variety and growth

Qualifications

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite for marketing materials.
• Experience in media or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property, business and salesperson marketing.
• Manage property advertising and marketing schedules.
• Create brochures, flyers, signage and digital content.
• Manage website and social media content.
• Coordinate events, promotions and community campaigns.
• Liaise with suppliers, photographers and digital platforms.
• Ensure all marketing meets Bayleys brand standards.
• Manage marketing budgets, invoices and advertising calendars.
• Support salespeople and new team members with marketing and systems.
