Contact Energy (Te Mata Hiko) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support a diverse programme of digital, social, email, retail, internal and other marketing channels. You’ll rotate across campaigns, brand initiatives, events, sponsorships and community engagement while learning from experienced marketers and agency partners.

Qualifications

• One to three years' experience in marketing, communications, advertising, events or a related field.
• A knack for keeping multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders moving in the right direction.
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of people, both written and verbally.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality, particularly brand consistency and communications.
• Flexibility to move between campaign support, event coordination, brand administration and day-to-day tasks.
• Working experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
• A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, business or a similar field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of campaigns, customer communications, events, sponsorships and brand activity across a range of channels.
• Become a key point of coordination, helping keep projects moving, stakeholders connected and delivery on track.
• Help bring marketing ideas to life by supporting the rollout of campaign content, assets and communications.
• Play an important role in caring for and championing the Contact brand across internal and external touchpoints.
• Work alongside marketing leads, internal teams, agency partners and suppliers to support the delivery of high-quality marketing activity.
• Own the organisation and administration that sits behind great marketing, from project documentation and approvals through to budgets, invoices and team resources.
