Contact Energy in Auckland is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the development and delivery of campaigns that build awareness and engage customers. This hands-on senior role blends strategy, creativity, and execution to reach customers at scale.

You’ll partner with agencies across pricing, growth, digital, and product, shape brand storytelling, and own integrated campaigns and partnerships. The role offers flexible working and a collaborative, future-ready team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns in a services-based environment.
• Experience working with creative and media agencies to develop and execute campaigns.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and align around outcomes.
• Translate customer insights and data into clear, compelling communications.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Partner with creative and media agencies to launch and optimise customer campaigns.
• Collaborate with pricing, growth, CX, digital, product, and research teams.
• Shape how Contact tells its story through brand campaigns and partnerships.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure high-quality, on-schedule delivery.
• Turn customer insights and research into resonant marketing activity.
• Champion the Contact brand across all communications.
