You will optimize the customer journey, integrate MA platforms with CRM systems, analyze performance, and stay current with best practices. A collaborative, data-driven mindset is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Experience in email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
• Build and maintain email templates and landing pages.
• Segment customer databases for targeted marketing.
• Collaborate with content team to align campaigns with content strategy.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
• Manage integration between MA platform and CRM.
• Ensure data hygiene and compliance with data privacy regulations (POPIA).
• Stay up-to-date with MA features and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues with workflows and campaigns.
