Job summary

IFP Group is seeking an experienced Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Auckland. You will manage stock movements, maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with 3PLs and freight providers to ensure timely availability of materials for production.

Ideal candidates will have manufacturing or production environment exposure, experience with BOMs, production orders and ERP/MRP systems, and a proactive ownership mindset in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, inventory or supply chain coordination.
• Manufacturing/production environment experience preferred.
• Experience with BOMs and production orders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on and takes ownership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements and freight.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels to meet production and customer needs.
• Coordinate purchasing and supplier deliveries.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight providers, warehouses and internal teams.
• Manage production orders and materials availability.
• Work with BOMs and component requirements.
• Move raw materials, WIP and finished goods as needed.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control processes.
• Identify and resolve supply, inventory and logistics issues.
• Maintain documentation across relevant systems.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory and logistics processes.
