Job summary

Recruitment Studio in Auckland, North Island, is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Export Operations Specialist for an immediate-start, 4-month contract with potential extension. You will coordinate cross-border orders, manage export documentation, and act as a communications hub between overseas customers and internal teams.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in export coordination or international logistics, fluent Mandarin and English, strong Excel and reporting skills, and a track record of keeping

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin and English required.
• 2–3 years in export coordination or international logistics.
• Practical export documentation and order fulfilment knowledge.
• Strong Excel, reporting and admin skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders end-to-end from receipt to shipment and documentation closure.
• Communicate with customers across China and other Asian markets.
• Translate Mandarin communications and export docs into clear English for internal teams.
• Prepare and manage export documents, MPI paperwork, invoices and packing slips.
• Serve as the operational link across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, QA and Logistics.
• Maintain trackers and provide visibility on shipment readiness, risks and timelines.
