Job summary

Jadcup in Māngere, Auckland, is seeking a proactive Procurement Coordinator to own day-to-day procurement, inventory, and supplier management. The role works closely with Directors and cross-functions to ensure materials are available and to drive improvements.

You will use data to identify risks, support planning, and shape procurement workflows as the ERP system is modernized. Mandarin and English fluency are essential for collaborating with overseas suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in junior to intermediate procurement or inventory roles.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English required.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision making.
• Manufacturing or packaging industry experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing purchase orders, supplier follow-up, lead times and delivery dates.
• Reviewing stock levels and forecasts to support replenishment decisions.
• Identifying shortages, excess stock and supply risks early.
• Monitoring supplier pricing, performance and reliability.
• Coordinating overseas orders, freight and inbound supply.
• Using data to prepare recommendations for Directors.
• Working with Production to ensure materials are available when required.
• Supporting new products, samples and customer projects.
• Maintaining procurement information in the ERP system.
• Contributing to system, workflow, reporting and automation improvements.
