Job summary

Harding+ is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Retail Manager to lead onboard retail teams and drive sales performance aboard our cruise fleet. You will guide guest interactions, train staff, and ensure exceptional service while meeting sales targets.

You will own the client base, manage events such as private sales and in-store sessions, and uphold luxury standards across shop floor and back-office operations, with accommodation and meals provided on board.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate with guests and colleagues.
• Able to lead a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Experience at sea is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to create an exceptional and memorable onboard retail experience.
• Inspire the team to provide exceptional customer service while delivering sales and profit targets.
• Set an example for your team as a role model.
• Identify and deliver training requirements within your team.
• Take ownership of client base including outreach to clients for events such as private sale and in-store events.
• Maintain high standards on shop floor and back-office operations.
