Job summary

In this influential leadership role, you'll: * Drive RBNZ's technology strategy, leading our architecture practice, architecture and design governance, and technology roadmaps that enable the Bank's future ambitions.* Identify and champion emerging technologies, assessing their potential to improve operations, enhance customer and colleague experiences, and deliver meaningful outcomes across the Bank.* Take a lead role in the way that Artificial Intelligence is further deployed and utilised across the Bank and provide thought leadership into AI-enabled business transformation.* Lead strategic technology initiatives, including providing technology leadership and expertise to the Payments Modernisation programme and the future of New Zealand's financial ecosystem. **Ō pūkenga – About you**You'll be an experienced technology leader who combines strategic thinking with strong business engagement skills. You'll bring extensive experience leading technology strategy, architecture, governance, and transformation in complex environments, ideally within financial services.
