MINDSG LTD is seeking a Manager (Community Partnerships) to enhance engagement with community partners and lead fundraising initiatives. The role will support events and activities, manage a Volunteer Coordinator Circle, and coordinate with internal teams to attract volunteers and donors.
The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field and at least five years of management experience in PR/Marketing, social services or project management.
The Manager (Community Partnerships) shall be responsible for enhancing MINDS' engagement with community partners (schools, NPOs and individuals), and drive fundraising efforts to achieve annual fundraising targets. The candidate shall also support the SCE's events and activities.
Drive engagement and establish partnerships with community stakeholders (schools, Non-Profit Organisations and individuals), in areas including but not limited to volunteering, donation/fundraising, social enterprises and inclusive employment.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to attract, engage and retain volunteers; and raise funds in support of organisational volunteering and donation targets.
Lead the VC Circle and engage VCs to strengthen collaboration, boost morale and foster a supportive work culture.
Organise meetings and Community of Practice sessions to promote knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices in strategic partnerships and volunteer management across the organisation.
Organise monthly meetings between SCE, Cluster Engagement and Social Enterprises teams to streamline coordination and collaboration with partners.
Develop marketing collaterals to engage volunteers and update them of the latest volunteering opportunities, including but not limited to eDMs, 3rd-party platforms and volunteer webpage on MINDS website.
Produce Tokens of Appreciation for partners on alternate years to recognise their contributions and on-going support for MINDS.
Organise the biennial MINDS Volunteer and Donor Appreciation Day.
Represent and facilitate MINDS' participation in key community events such as Purple Parade.
Support events/activities organised by the department.
Encourage community stakeholders to donate or fundraise in support of MINDS' fundraising campaigns.
Conceptualise and manage Colours of Inclusivity fundraising campaign.
Explore new ways or platforms to reach out to new donors, including establishing new partnerships to enhance MINDS' fundraising efforts.
Develop strategies to grow the base of recurring individual donors and improve donation outcomes.
Support the Director in managing Dept budget and preparing reports to Senior Management, Board etc.
Plan and guide a team of executives to achieve team and dept goals.
Degree in Project Management / Social Work & Community Development/ Human Resource/ Mass Communications/ Marketing or relevant subjects.
At least 5 years of management experience preferably in corporate PR/marketing communication/social service project management function.
Excellent project management and events coordination skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge/skill in Microsoft Office and relevant software
Capable of handling multiple projects and the ability to work with tight deadlines
