Job summary

MINDSG LTD is seeking a Programme Officer (Outreach and Engagement) to coordinate community outreach, engage with volunteers and partners, and implement curriculum in the centre and at off-site locations. The role supports clients with intellectual disability and works with a multidisciplinary team to plan and run activities.

You will build networks, manage volunteers, and ensure safe, effective programme delivery while promoting inclusion and community participation across programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish professional or social networks with the local community to leverage resources and volunteers.
• Maintain and manage relationships with community stakeholders for sustained volunteerism and inclusion.
• Coordinate recruitment, deployment, training, and appreciation of community stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to raise disability awareness and inclusion.
• Implement programme activities in collaboration with the team and identify areas for improvement.
• Run daily operations and activities at the Community Inclusive Space, including workshops and drop-in sessions.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing during programmes, including risk assessment and management.
