Job summary

MINDSG LTD is seeking staff to teach, train, supervise, and develop clients to function independently in daily living, community, and work readiness contexts. You will implement ILPs, monitor progress, and collaborate with allied health professionals to deliver wellness plans.

Role includes administrative duties, safety oversight, attendance updates, and involvement in MINDSG events. Minimum O levels and applicable diplomas required; strong patience and people skills essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum required education levels include O levels and MOE/NITE certificates.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong people skills and patience when working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and develop clients/trainees to function independently in daily living, home living, mobility, social and recreational skills, and work readiness.
  • Formulate and implement Individual Learning Program (ILP) through professional assessment and continual evaluation.
  • Coordinate with Allied Health Professionals to implement health fitness and wellness plans for trainees.
  • Manage administrative tasks: attendance, safety, and daily activities data in client management systems.
  • Organise and support internal/external events and volunteer activities linked to MINDS programmes.
