Skills & Experience
We’re looking for a Maintenance professional with at least 2 - 3 years’ experience, ideally with skills or exposure to joinery, electrical, plumbing or mechanical trades in a Hotel environment.
A trade qualification is beneficial but not needed, and previous hotel or commercial property experience is preferred as this will help you to hit the ground running in this role.

What you will be doing
- Carry out fault finding and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Maintain guest rooms and public areas to a high standard, including fixtures, fittings, and finishes
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members
- Monitor contractor work to ensure quality and compliance
- Complete work orders accurately and within required timeframes
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and disruptions
- Conduct regular inspections and proactively identify issues
