Laminex Taupō is seeking Maintainer Operators with an Electrical Trade qualification to join our manufacturing team. About the Role:
Laminex Taupō is seeking Maintainer Operators with an Electrical Trade qualification to join our manufacturing team. In this hands‑on role, you will combine your electrical expertise with production operations, playing a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting and optimising plant and equipment. You’ll play a key role in our safety‑focused environment, taking on responsibilities such as setting machine parameters, monitoring performance, making real‑time adjustments, and supporting quality checks, troubleshooting, and forklift operations to keep production running smoothly.
This role has rotating shifts: 4 days on and 4 days off – 2 days, 2 nights (an average of 42‑hour week).
