Job summary

New Zealand Post is seeking a Mail and Customer Service Officer based at Albany Postshop. The role covers front-counter and Box Lobby customer service, with duties across multiple locations as part of the mobile team. A current full driver license is required.

Shifts run Saturdays 7.45am–12.15pm. You’ll engage with diverse customers, handle inquiries, and contribute to a supportive, values-driven workplace held by NZ Post. Training and development opportunities are available.

• Current full driver license.
• Problem solving skills; think on the fly to get the best outcomes.
• Administration and data entry skills.
• Confidence to interact with people face to face, by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service at Albany Postshop front counters and Box Lobby.
• Handle inquiries, requests, or complaints from customers.
• Cover multiple locations as part of the mobile team.
• Drive the company van.
• Contribute to a friendly and efficient store environment.
