NZ Post's Albany Postshop is seeking a friendly Mail and Customer Service Officer to deliver outstanding frontline service at the counter and Box Lobby, handling inquiries and complaints with a warm Kiwi touch. You’ll be part of a mobile team covering multiple locations, so a current, clean, full driver license is required to drive the company van.

Based in Albany, you’ll join a values-driven, government-owned agency that prioritises development, wellbeing, and inclusive workplaces.

Based at our Albany Postshop, our Mail and Customer Service Officer's deliver an exceptional level of customer service dealing with inquiries, requests, or complaints from customers at our front counters and Box Lobby's. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills. While based at Albany, you'll be part of our mobile team covering multiple locations , so a current, clean, full driver license is required as you'll be driving our company van.
