Job summary

Cordis, Auckland by Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a Full-Time Painter/Decorator to join our Engineering team. You will undertake interior and exterior painting, refurbishment and general maintenance across the hotel, ensuring premium presentation.

You should have at least 5 years of painting and decorating experience, strong workmanship, and the ability to work independently or with the wider team, including weekends as rostered.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of painting and decorating experience.
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
• High standard of workmanship and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Complete interior painting and plastering across hotel areas.
• Carry out exterior painting and plastering on walls, pillars and roofs.
• Prepare surfaces and ensure high-quality finish.
• Repair damaged walls and wall coverings; replace coverings where required.
• Maintain clean, safe and organized work area; coordinate materials and PPE.
