Job summary

Accor's Hotel St Moritz in Queenstown is seeking a warm, polished Guest Service Agent to welcome guests from arrival to departure. You will support front office, valet, concierge, F&B and housekeeping teams, ensuring a seamless, luxury guest journey with proactive service and attention to detail.

You will engage guests with a refined, personalised experience, assist with bookings and inquiries, and uphold the brand's standards of elegance and service across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous experience within Hotel Guest Services Front Office area
• Experience using Opera Cloud or other PMS
• Strong communication skills and an understanding of luxury guest expectations
• Time management and task prioritisation skills
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
• Clean police record
• Flexibility around weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
• Take initiative to ensure interactions with customers are positive and productive.
• Handle guest queries with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Welcome guests and manage check-ins, departures and correspondence.
• Coordinate group arrivals, check-ins and activities during stays.
• Greet guests, assist with check-ins and ensure accurate billing during arrival/departure.
• Coordinate valet services and ensure secure parking and timely retrieval.
