Job summary

M Gallery in Queenstown invites a Luxury Concierge to deliver personalised guest experiences, assist with arrivals and departures, arrange local experiences, and provide expert recommendations. You will liaise with hotel teams and local partners to ensure seamless service in a 5-star environment.

We seek candidates with front office experience in luxury hotels, immaculate grooming, excellent English, and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office at a 5-star property preferred.
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation.
• Excellent English communication.
• Current, full driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day week.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel valued at arrival.
• Provide high standard of service and proactively attend to requests.
• Assist with arrivals/departures, luggage handling and escorting guests.
• Coordinate transportation, reservations, tours, and local activities.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions to provide accurate information.
• Deliver guest amenities and assist with VIP arrivals.
