Job summary

Hotel St Moritz in Queenstown is seeking a dedicated Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our luxury property. You will assist arrivals and departures, manage luggage, and arrange local experiences with personalised recommendations, using warm, attentive service.

With strong local knowledge and a luxury mindset, you will support Front Office and other departments, maintain the concierge desk, and ensure guests feel welcome throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Greet guests warmly from arrival to departure.
• Provide personalised recommendations and arrange local experiences.
• Maintain concierge desk and coordinate luggage and transport.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and make them feel valued.
• Assist guest arrivals/departures, including luggage handling.
• Coordinate bookings for transport, restaurants and activities.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
• Deliver guest amenities and support VIP arrivals.
