Hotel St Moritz in Queenstown, part of the MGallery Hotel Collection, invites you to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in Lombardi restaurant, breakfast to dinner, and events.

Share your passion for wines, spirits and cocktails while delivering warm hospitality. The role includes barista support, a rotating schedule, and opportunities for growth within Accor's global network.

Formación

• Minimum 12 months experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
• Barista or specialty coffee knowledge is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a flair for sales.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service across the restaurant, bar, and room service.
• Share knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails to elevate guest experiences and maximise sales opportunities.
• Ensure every order and interaction reflects genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
• Provide quality barista service and occasional support behind our bar.
• Take pride in maintaining a polished, welcoming environment for our guests.
