Sofitel Queenstown invites experienced F&B professionals to help shape a major new chapter for our hotel in 2027. You will engage guests warmly, take orders, deliver with care, and ensure accuracy for kitchen and cashier teams.

A premium environment with luxurious service expectations awaits the right candidate. Permanent full-time positions with minimum 30 hours guaranteed, starting wage $28.53/hour - $32.15/hour, and benefits including staff meals, hotel discounts, and Accor’s Heartist

Formación

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably including 5 star experience.
• You will need to hold working rights for New Zealand.

Responsabilidades

• Take orders and maximize sales through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
• Ensure that dockets are written clearly and correctly so the cashier and kitchen can fulfill their duties.
• Deliver orders promptly to the kitchen production area and to guests.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy per procedure.
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
• Promote brand standards and assist in setup/breakdown of events.
