Zusammenfassung

Role Call in Auckland is seeking a proactive logistics and inventory lead to own a dynamic operation within a growing NZ business that provides warehousing and 3PL services. You’ll report to the GM – Operations and manage daily logistics, inventory control, and 3PL coordination across multiple customers and sites.

You’ll work with warehouse teams, customers, suppliers and freight providers, using data and systems to drive improvements, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Practical experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory or operations.
• Strong systems capability and comfort with data.
• Experience with ERP systems and intermediate Excel is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate freight, inventory movements and 3PL operations across multiple customers and sites.
• Oversee warehouse staff and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock control, reporting and data.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify risks, solve problems and improve systems and processes.
• Support MPI, Customs and operational compliance requirements.
