Zusammenfassung

IXOM is seeking an Accounts Coordinator for Logistics & Customer Service to support Bulk Liquid Tanker operations from Mount Maunganui. You will handle invoicing, data management, delivery reconciliation and responsive customer support, working with fleet ops, drivers and internal teams.

The role requires 1-3 years in admin or accounts coordination, experience with invoicing and SAP or similar ERP, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of experience in administration, accounts coordination or customer service.
• Experience with invoicing, reconciliations and accurate data entry.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, validate and process customer invoices in line with schedules.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and billing issues.
• Reconcile daily deliveries against operational and customer records.
• Work with Inventory Team to resolve stock variances.
• Maintain accurate customer account information and records.
• Respond to customer enquiries about deliveries and invoicing.
• Support the Administration Manager and BLT Operations Team.
• Identify opportunities to improve administration, reporting accuracy and workflow.
• Follow health, safety, environmental, quality and regulatory requirements.
