Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch within the logging transport industry.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and communicate clearly with drivers and teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking to manage disruptions.
• HT license is a bonus when available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation of log loads from multiple locations to meet customer and company KPIs.
• Schedule trucks to hit pickup and delivery targets while maximizing cartage capacity.
• Maintain logistics data via in-house software and provide daily dispatch reporting.
• Build credibility with drivers and ensure they have the information needed for each day.
• Respond quickly to interruptions and changes to the schedule with practical solutions.
• Adapt to changing plans in a fast-moving environment within the logging sector.
