Job summary

Toyota New Zealand is seeking to fill a 14-month fixed-term role in Palmerston North within its Parts Operations team. The successful candidate will help ensure the right parts are available at the right time, working across procurement, forecasting and logistics to support smooth operations.

You will engage with local suppliers, analyse demand trends and support cross-functional teams to resolve stock issues.

Qualifications

• Able to analyse stock data and forecast requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage local supplier inventory and keep stock levels aligned with demand.
• Analyse stock requirements, process weekly purchase requests and prepare monthly forecasts.
• Monitor pricing, minimum-order quantities, supplier lead times and freight movements.
• Keep stakeholders informed about stock availability and order progress.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve stock and logistics issues.
• Create and maintain accurate data in JDE.
