Job summary

Tasman Toyota in Hawera is seeking a Parts Person to join our busy Hawera team. You will use Toyota's parts systems to identify and source Toyota Genuine Parts and support the Service Department, trade customers and panel beaters across South Taranaki.

Responsibilities

• Support Hawera Service Department with parts sourcing and inventory management.
• Identify and source Toyota Genuine Parts using Toyota NZ systems.
• Assist trade customers, panel beaters and automotive businesses in South Taranaki.
• Maintain accuracy in parts identification and stock levels.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused workshop environment.

Tasman Toyota is looking for a Parts Person to join our Hawera team.

Tasman Toyota has a proud history in Taranaki, with our roots dating back to 1946. Today we operate across New Plymouth, Westown and Hawera and employ more than 75 people.

As a proud Toyota franchise, we provide a full range of automotive services and are also Lexus Parts and Service providers.

About the role

This is a busy and varied position supporting our Hawera Service Department, trade customers, panel beaters and other automotive businesses throughout South Taranaki.

Accuracy is important. Our customers and technicians rely on us to supply the right part, first time, helping keep their vehicles and businesses moving.

You’ll use Toyota New Zealand’s modern parts systems to identify and source Toyota Genuine Parts, while also working with a wide range of other suppliers for accessories and parts for the other vehicles we service and sell.

Automotive or parts knowledge would be an advantage, but it is not essential. For the right person with the right attitude, full training will be provided.
