The Role

Due to ongoing growth and increased customer demand, we're looking for new team members to join our Sales Support / Case Management team.

You'll play a key role in guiding customers through the car finance process, including:

• Assisting customers with their lending needs

• Making outbound calls and sending emails to gather key information

• Entering and assessing customer affordability details

• Responding to questions via phone, email, and our online portal

• Running credit checks and ensuring all required documents are collected

• Providing admin support to the sales and compliance teams

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with plenty of support and clear performance milestones.

About You

You don't need finance experience - we'll train you from scratch.

If you're confident on the phone, organized, friendly, and motivated, you'll settle in quickly.

You'll shine if you have:
