Job summary

Turners Group NZ Ltd, part of the Turners Automotive Group, has proudly helped Kiwis buy and sell used vehicles for over 50 years. We seek a customer-focused salesperson to connect customers with finance and insurance options in a fast-paced environment.

You will build relationships, handle inquiries, and contribute to sales strategies, with comprehensive training and ongoing support. Five-day roaster including weekends, uncapped commission, and tools of the trade are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in lending, finance, banking, insurance, or B2C sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first mindset and passion for helping people.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work a five-day roster, including weekends.
• Full New Zealand driver’s licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as key liaison between our customers and lenders
• Assist with customer enquiries for finance and insurance products
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales and customer services strategies
• Accurately complete any documentation relating to the sale and purchase of finance as directed
• Ensure compliance in all areas by adhering to all processes as prescribed by the GMF&I or Regional Managers

What does the role entail?
