Job summary

PGG Wrightson is seeking an experienced Livestock Representative to join our Amberley or Hawarden team in North Canterbury. You will promote and sell livestock services, build long-term relationships with sheep, beef, and dairy farming clients, and manage your own workload with regular regional travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and knowledge within the livestock industry is essential.
• Auctioneering experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Strong computer, tablet, and administrative skills.
• A full, current, clean New Zealand driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell livestock services to both existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain and expand your customer base through effective relationship management.
• Plan, organise, and manage your own workload and schedule.
• Travel regularly throughout the wider region as required.
