Job summary

Placements24 seeks a dedicated Litigation Attorney to manage civil disputes for its Queenstown practice. You will proactively represent clients in court and through ADR, handling all stages of litigation from filing to settlement.

Requirements include Admitted Attorney of the High Court with at least 4 years in civil litigation, strong drafting, research and advocacy skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with a minimum of 4 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proven experience in drafting legal documents and arguing in court.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and rules of evidence.
• Excellent analytical, research, and advocacy skills.
