Job summary

Gallagher in New Zealand is hiring 3x Associate Advisers to join Life & Health teams in Queenstown, Hamilton and Napier from January 2027. You will deliver expert advice and support to clients on Life & Health insurance products as an entry-level adviser, ensuring the right coverage and assisting with policy adjustments and claims.

You will handle inquiries, produce reports, manage arrears, support advisers with new business, underwriting and policy lifecycle management, and mentor new team

Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years in Adviser Support preferred with customer service in insurance.
Knowledge: insurance products, NZ regulations, and client needs.
Relationship-building: ability to establish long-term client relationships.
Technical: familiarity with CRM, databases, and quoting tools.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive client support and basic financial guidance.
Handle enquiries, processing, and amendments to policies.
Create reports on leads, renewals, and arrears.
Assist advisers with new business, underwriting, and policy lifecycle.
Mentor and train new team members.
