• Experience: 1+ years in an Adviser Support role or customer service in insurance or financial services.
• Knowledge: Understanding of NZ insurance products, services and regulations.
• Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain client relationships over time.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM, databases, telephony and quotes tools.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in processing client data and documents.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs and options quickly.
• Qualifications: Holds or is pursuing NZ Certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5).

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive client support, including basic financial guidance.
• Handle policy-related enquiries, claims, amendments and cancellations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Assist advisers with new business, compliance and policy lifecycle tasks.
• Lodge and manage medical and risk claims, ensuring timely settlements.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation in Gallagher CRM.
