Job summary

You will provide expert guidance to clients, manage an existing portfolio, and generate new business by leveraging internal and external networks to promote Life & Health services. The role focuses on delivering tailored insurance solutions, renewing policies, handling client inquiries, and collaborating with claims teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Experience in Life and Health advisory is preferred.
• Excellent networking abilities and sound product understanding.
• Ability to build and maintain enduring relationships with clients and team members.
• Results-driven with the ability to convert leads into new business.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• NZQA Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice and products to our clients.
• Service renewals, new business, alterations and endorsements.
• Manage and resolve client enquiries (cover queries, policy amendments).
• Partner with the claims team to manage the claims process.
• Provide clients with timely and accurate updates on insurance claims.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and brand loyalty.
• Convert leads into new business opportunities.
