Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Adviser Support or customer service in insurance or financial sector.
• Knowledge of NZ insurance products, services and regulations.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and assess client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client support and basic financial guidance.
• Handle policy enquiries, claims, amendments, and cancellations promptly.
• Maintain accurate client records in Gallagher CRM and coordinate with insurers.
