About the role

We are looking for a Life & Health Adviser to join our team in Hamilton (or Pukekohe location for the right candidate) in January 2027. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for you to utilise your expertise and knowledge as a subject matter expert, offering valuable advice and recommendations to our clients to ensure their optimal protection. In addition to managing an existing client portfolio, this role will primarily involve generating new business by providing reliable guidance to clients and collaborating with our internal and external network to promote our Life & Health services.

• Experience in Life and Health advisory is preferred
• Excellent networking abilities and sound product understanding

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Must have a certificate in Financial Services (NZQA Level 5)

About you

Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required.

Preferred: Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
