Job summary

Ray White Ellerslie is seeking a Business Development Manager & Letting Specialist to join our Ellerslie team in Auckland. This full-time role focuses on growing the lettings division, building landlord and investor relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

You will develop new opportunities, manage properties, conduct viewings and appraisals, screen tenants, and implement marketing strategies to attract quality tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or property management with rental properties.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication with landlords, tenants and colleagues.
• Knowledge of NZ tenancy law and rental compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and tenancies simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in lettings.
• Manage and grow the lettings portfolio and market properties.
• Conduct property viewings and prepare rental appraisals.
• Screen tenants, perform reference checks, and process applications.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract tenants.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to lettings targets with the team.
• Stay informed of market conditions and best practices.
