Job summary

SMB Money Limited is seeking a customer service professional to support the end-to-end lending journey from application through repayments and arrears management. You will help customers navigate the process, verify information, and provide empathetic, practical support.

Working in a highly automated fintech environment, you’ll manage daily workload independently, prioritise tasks, and use Google Workspace and CRM tools to ensure accurate records and timely customer care.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Experience using Google Workspace and CRM systems.
• Comfortable with lending, collections, or financial services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customers end-to-end through lending applications, repayments, and account information.
• Review referrals, verify information, and determine if escalation is needed.
• Manage repayment journeys, including hardship support and debt collection pathways.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Prioritise daily workload independently amid changing volumes.
• Follow internal policies while seeking ways to improve customer experience.
• Use SMB Money systems to manage workflow and interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve positive outcomes.
