Job summary

St Joseph's Catholic School in Pukekohe is seeking a Learning Support Coordinator (LSC) from Term 1, 2027. You will work closely with the Assistant Principal/SENCo to coordinate learning support and strengthen inclusive classroom practices, while building teacher capability.

The SENCo retains strategic oversight; the LSC focuses on coordinating and implementing effective support for ākonga, teachers and whānau, including engagement with early learning services.

Qualifications

• Holds current New Zealand teacher registration and a practising certificate.
• Experience coordinating learning support in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of inclusive education, neurodiversity and diverse learning needs.
• Ability to engage with whānau and early learning services.
