Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, coordination, learning and development, training, or customer service.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence working with data, reports and multiple systems simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programmes, learner enrolments and learning activities across NZHG and external clients.
• Be the first point of contact for learning and development enquiries, providing outstanding support to learners and stakeholders.
• Manage learner records and training data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support the delivery of training events, including scheduling, communications, resources and logistics.
• Prepare reports, monitor learner progress and contribute to data quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across the business while helping to develop the capability of our workforce.
