Flight Centre Auckland is seeking a Travel Expert to craft memorable itineraries and deliver exceptional customer service. You will recommend flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and travel protection while guiding clients through complex bookings with confidence.

We value travel knowledge, a proactive sales focus, and strong organisational skills to manage multiple bookings and inquiries daily. A warm, customer-friendly approach is essential to thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Share travel knowledge to recommend flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and insurance options.
• Welcome and assist customers with a warm, proactive service mindset, handling inquiries and bookings.
• Operate the booking systems efficiently and manage invoicing and administration.
