Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group in Auckland is seeking an L&D Specialist to design and deliver learning solutions across onboarding and ongoing development for our Leisure teams.

You will facilitate engaging learning experiences (face-to-face and virtual), collaborate with global and local teams to align training with changes, and refresh content across LMS, SharePoint and Workvivo. This role offers training and Brightness of Future opportunities, with travel-focused perks.

• Design and deliver learning solutions that keep our Leisure teams ahead of the game – from onboarding new starters to ongoing development
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences (face-to-face and virtual) for new products, systems, and sales processes
• Collaborate with global and local teams to align training with best practices and upcoming changes
• Maintain and refresh learning content across platforms like our LMS, SharePoint and Workvivo to keep knowledge accessible and exciting
• Build strong relationships with leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training hits the mark and drives results
