Qualifications

• Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, freight forwarding, or 3PL.
• Hands-on experience delivering automation, digital transformation, or data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with proven impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive deployment and maturity of the Maersk Lean Operating System across Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and structured problem solving.
