Job summary

Te Manawa ō Pāpāmoa School is seeking a Leader of Learning (2PMU) for a full-time, permanent position. The role covers Years 1–8 across multiple subjects and languages, positioning you to lead one ako hapori with a focus on relational leadership.

You will work with a collaborative team to ignite authentic learning, support kaiako, and develop a one-size-fits-one developmental pathway. Start date is term 1, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning across Years 1–8 and coordinate a syndicate.
• Support kaiako with instructional coaching and assessment for learning.
